We developed the STRIVE platform to challenge people’s perception of NSCC and position it not just as a viable choice for post-secondary education, but a desirable one. STRIVE spoke to the determination that ran through NSCC’s staff and students. Since the introduction of STRIVE, the college has increased to full enrollment annually with a 6% jump in retention. For two years running, NSCC was ranked 1st among all post-secondary institutions in Nova Scotia.
